We are seeking talented Interior Designers and Design Consultants with a passion for luxury furniture sales to serve our discerning clientele and manage high-end residential design projects from concept to completion.
As an Interior Designer / Design Consultant, you are both a creative professional and a consultative salesperson. You will guide clients through a seamless design journey-building trust, uncovering needs, and delivering beautiful, functional spaces while driving luxury furniture and design sales.

Create an inviting, low-pressure showroom experience that builds lasting client relationships

Consult with clients in-store and in-home to interpret lifestyle, aesthetic, and functional needs

Develop complete design solutions, including furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, rugs, window treatments, and accessories

Lead projects from initial concept through installation and final styling

Define project scope, timelines, and design fees aligned with client goals and budgets

Drive luxury furniture and design sales through confident product knowledge and storytelling

Prepare visual presentations, mood boards, samples, and space plans

Source and specify products from premium domestic and international vendors

Collaborate closely with internal support teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction

Stay current on industry trends, materials, and best practices in luxury interiors

Proven experience designing residential interiors (consultations, renovations, space planning, or new construction)

Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals in a luxury furniture showroom or high-end retail environment

Strong expertise in furniture layouts, color, lighting, materials, fabrics, and custom furnishings

Working knowledge of design software such as Floorplanner, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar programs

A polished, professional portfolio showcasing completed projects

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field preferred, but not required

Ability and willingness to conduct in-home design consultations

Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation

Availability to work weekends and select holidays (no evening hours)
