Residential Maintenance Technician (Multi-Trade, 5+ Years Experience)
We’re looking for a skilled maintenance tech who can take ownership of their work, follow through, and consistently deliver quality results in residential settings. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in and perform without training.
What you’ll be doing:
- Repair and texture drywall
- Install and repair baseboards, trim, doors, and hardware
- Install light fixtures, ceiling fans, and switches
- Perform basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, disposals, water heaters)
- Install appliances, blinds, and window screens
- Repair cabinets, drawers, and interior finishes
- Paint walls, trim, and patch stucco
- Complete work orders on time and within budget
What we expect:
- 5+ years of hands-on residential maintenance or construction experience
- Proven ability to perform the tasks listed above at a high level
- Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in Arizona conditions
- Candidates must be able to clearly explain past work experience and may be asked to demonstrate knowledge during the interview process.
Preferred:
- Has tools necessary to perform the tasks listed above
- Experience in a specific trade (plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.)
Job Details:
- Full-time, 40–45 hours per week
- Starting at $32/hr
- Monday to Friday, rotating on-call required
