Cravens Coffee Company, a wholesale, dynamic and highly regarded local business, is looking for an honest, autonomous, highly motivated and curious individual, who enjoys coffee and seeks the opportunity to work in the Specialty Coffee industry. The Equipment Room position is an early morning start Monday - Thursday daytime position.
**This is not a technician or mechanical position. Th job does not require extensive technical knowledge or skills in mechanics. It primarily involves cleaning and maintaining equipment along with an ability to diagnosis and fix minor equipment issues**
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Fixing, cleaning and maintaining brewing and grinding equipment
* Cleaning coffee serving units for re-use
* Calibrating brewing and grinding equipment for new customers
* Troubleshooting equipment issues at different customer locations
* Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Qualifications:
* Possess a current driver's license and a clean driving record
* 21 years of age or older
* Detail oriented
* Honest and reliable
* Positive, upbeat, outgoing and friendly
* Enjoy True Specialty Coffee
* Great problem solving skills
* Able to lift 20 pounds regularly
* Perform basic computer tasks (email/word processing)
* Good time management skills
Vehicle, logo-ed attire, tools and training will be provided.
Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am-3pm.
