Qualifications Desired:
-
Varied work experience and knowledge of professional trades and crafts
-
Knowledge of standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment of the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades

Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
-
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
-
Ability to operate a variety of shop tools, saws, grinders, key machines, motor vehicles, sprayers, power tools, forklifts, skid loaders, and snow plowing techniques
-
Knowledge and experience with computer applications
-
Mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and accomplish multiple tasks as a team member and independency

Ability to read blueprints for various trades

Availability to work rotating shifts, extended hours, short notice call-in, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Travel Requirements:

Travels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.
