What You’ll Do:
- Manage client requests and account activity
- Communicate with clients and outside partners
- Coordinate required services and activities
- Process payments and documentation
- Research information and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate account updates
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Provide timely updates on outstanding requests
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience with data entry and documentation
- Automotive or finance experience preferred
- Associate degree preferred; bachelor’s degree a plus
