Allied Well Drilling & Geothermal is a leading drilling and geothermal contractor serving residential, commercial, and geothermal clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a Residential Project Manager to oversee drilling and geothermal projects across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Position Summary
The Residential Project Manager is responsible for managing residential drilling and geothermal projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential drilling and geothermal projects throughout DC, MD, and VA.
- Coordinate schedules, crews, subcontractors, and project resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, drill logs, daily reports, and safety records.
- Review contracts, prepare change orders, and track project budgets.
- Coordinate material procurement and purchase orders.
- Conduct site visits and provide field support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Travel throughout the region to support active projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, drilling, geothermal, utilities, or related project management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Pay: $59,307.65 - $90,000.00 per year
