Looking for an Assistant Manager who will Lead a Subway TEAM to ensure that Subway Customers receive the BEST SERVICE, FOOD, CLEANLINESS and Sanitization in the Subway Restaurant. The Subway Assistant will train and develop a Team of Sandwich Artists in Subway operations and procedures. The Subway Assistant Manager will model the performance and behaviors they expect of their Subway Team.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Team Scheduling
- Increase Store Sales (Sales Growth)
- Control Expenses (Food Cost/Paper Cost)
- Maintain proper appearance and uniform standards
- Comply with local, state and federal laws
- Drawer Deposits (Cash Control)
- Communicate ongoing with their Store Team
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Team Development (Coaching, Praising, Correcting)
- Complete other duties assigned by the Store Manager
