At Home Offer Real Estate, we move fast. We're a high-volume wholesale investment brokerage operating across Southern California, and we need a sharp Dispositions Agent to help us close deals with our network of active cash investors.
As an entry level Agent, you're the closer. You take our acquisitions pipeline — off-market, deeply discounted properties — and match them to the right buyers, fast. If you love sales, thrive on relationships, and want to build a serious income in a high-energy environment, this is your role.
Real Estate License is a bonus, not a requirement! This is an independent contractor (1099) role with no ceiling on your income and no desk fees.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience building and managing a client database is a plus
- Self-starter who can manage a pipeline and close consistently
- Comfortable with CRMs, digital tools, and fast-paced deal flow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect for Real Estate Investor Leads daily
- Make Cold Calls to potential investors and agents to
- Learn how to identify distressed deals and off-market opportunities
- Manage transactions, communicating with clients and escrow, taking deals from start to finish
- Build and grow your investor database through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with the team to stay current on available inventory
- Ensure smooth, fast closings by coordinating with escrow and operations teams
- Maintain detailed deal records and buyer profiles in our CRM
