Hiring Schedule:
Monday/Tuesday: Off
Wednesday/Thursday: 10:00am–8:00pm
Friday: 3:00pm–9:00pm
Saturday: 2:00pm–9:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm–6:00pm
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure an attractive and organized shopping environment
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering solutions, and maintaining a friendly attitude
Maintain proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Support store operations through basic retail math for inventory management and sales tracking
Experience:
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling techniques
Strong communication skills in both languages, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers
Familiarity with retail environments enhances your fit for this role
Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, inventory, and merchandising tasks
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are vital for creating positive interactions
