Milwaukee based property management company looking for a skilled, experienced Service Technician to join their professional management team. Knowledge of not only maintenance tasks but also the apartment management industry preferred.
Professional duties include apartment make ready maintenance, general facility and grounds maintenance, minor plumbing, electrical maintenance and in unit painting. Individual must be able to be on a rotating on call service schedule.
