All Phase Restoration is seeking experienced abatement supervisors at our Windsor office, servicing Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Our supervisors are responsible for running environmental abatement and remediation projects (asbestos, mold, lead, and methamphetamine decon) which can range from small residential jobs to large commercial jobs.
This is a full time, hourly position with compensation based on experience. Current CDPHE asbestos certifications are preferred.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Efficiently run crews of 2 - 20 workers to complete abatement and demolition projects as scheduled.
- Maintain clean, safe work site, complete daily logs.
- Maintain abatement equipment, track supplies
- Communicate regularly with project managers, site superintendents, and building owners.
- Facilitate OSHA, EPA, and CDPHE compliant project sites throughout the abatement process.
- Willingness to learn advanced estimating and project management skills.
Job Requirements:
- Current AHERA and CDPHE Asbestos Supervisor certification.
- HAZWOPER and CDPHE methamphetamine decontamination certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience conducting various abatement projects at different scales including drywall, CMU block filler, floor tile & mastic, spray-on fireproofing, pipefittings, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Safety conscience approach during all work activities.
- Mechanical/Construction skills a plus.
- Valid Driver's License, no DUI's/DWI's.
- Reliable form of transportation to and from work.
- Background check and initial drug screen.
Applicant must be able to walk around job sites, climb scaffolding, lift objects over 50lbs and occasionally lift tools or materials over the head.
