Ordax is seeking an experienced Pick & Pack Associate to join our growing fulfillment warehouse in Riviera Beach, FL.
This is not an entry-level warehouse position. We’re looking for candidates who have worked in an e-commerce fulfillment environment and understand the importance of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately from packing slips or handheld devices
- Pack orders to company standards for safe delivery
- Verify SKUs, quantities, and order accuracy before shipment
- Print and apply shipping labels
- Meet daily fulfillment and productivity goals
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse pick & pack experience
- Experience with companies such as Amazon, Shopify fulfillment, third-party logistics (3PL), online retailers, or similar high-volume shipping operations
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining exceptional accuracy
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with barcode scanners and shipping software
- Familiarity with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping processes
- Inventory management or cycle counting experience
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Weekend Shifts, Saturday-Sunday
- Morning shift
- Additional hours available during peak demand
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
