Duties
- Manage all aspects of the adult foster care home, including staff supervision, resident care, and facility operation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulation policies related to long-term care and assisted living standards
- Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practice.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident records, incident reports, and regulatory compliance logs.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community services to support residents’ well-being and transition needs
