Position Summary
The Electrical Manager is responsible for supervision, mentorship, and technical expertise to drive the processes and priorities for the electrical, automation, and measurement teams. This individual will lead these teams for the purpose of optimizing operations in daily tasks as well as assigned projects while providing development opportunities and ensuring compliance around environmental and safety guidelines. Salary commensurate with experience. This position is based out of Midland, Texas, and reports to the Vice President Operations.

Essential Job Duties
Designs, installs, commissions, operates and maintains electrical power distribution infrastructure.
Collaborates with the Asset Integrity & Reliability team to ensure measurement data quality in Maximo and coordinates training as appropriate for electricians, instrumentation/automation, and measurement technicians.
Adheres and leads by example on Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to KPA, JSAs, Training, Incident Reports, and Safety Observations

Minimum Qualifications
Worked with SCADA systems such as Ignition, Wonderware, Simatic, iFix, or Intellution
Experience with variable frequency drives (VFD), MCC, switchgear, transformers, relays, grounding and bonding techniques

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Must be able to stand, bend, walk, kneel, climb stairs and lift up to 15lbs for continuous hours.
Must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to, extreme hot, extreme cold, wind, rain, hail, dust, snow, sleet, ice, etc. as well as wet/humid and/or dry/arid conditions.
