Position Overview
Grow Brewing Co. is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales & Delivery Lead to
help maintain and grow our self-distribution footprint. This hybrid role combines account
management, new sales support, product delivery, and brand representation in the
market.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships,
and takes pride in representing a locally crafted product with professionalism and
enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales
● Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing on- and off-premise
accounts
● Ensure proper product rotation, freshness, and brand presentation at retail
locations
● Identify opportunities for increased placements, tap rotations, and seasonal
features
● Communicate new releases, promotions, and seasonal offerings to accounts
● Monitor competitive activity and provide market feedback to leadership
● Prospect and assist in opening new accounts as needed
Delivery & Logistics
● Safely and efficiently deliver kegs and packaged product to accounts
● Load and unload product while adhering to proper handling standards
● Pick up empty kegs and ensure accurate tracking of cooperage
● Maintain organized delivery routes and delivery documentation
● Assist in warehouse organization and inventory movement when needed
● Ensure company vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly
Accounts Receivable Oversight
● Collect payments when required and ensure accounts remain in good standing
● Communicate proactively with accounts regarding outstanding balances
● Report delinquent accounts to management in a timely manner
● Maintain accurate records of invoices and payment status
Brand Representation & Events
● Represent Grow Brewing Co. at outside sampling events, festivals, and tap
takeovers as scheduled
● Assist with event setup, breakdown, and product pouring when necessary
● Educate customers and retail staff about our beers and brand story
● Serve as a professional ambassador of the brewery in all market interactions
Qualifications
● Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
● Ability to lift and move 160 lb kegs with proper equipment (and 40–50 lb cases
regularly)
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Highly organized and self-motivated
● Comfortable working independently and managing a route
● Advanced understanding of sales principles and customer service
● Prior beverage, beer, or food sales experience preferred but not required
● Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
