Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, processing, and quality control of products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to interpret technical documentation. Duties
- Pack or package by hand a wide variety of products and materials.
- Assist with performing recycling activities
- Performing Caulk out activities
- Assist with recycling materials: paper, cardboard and bags
- Follows all company safety protocols
- Adheres to attendance policy
- Excellent attention to detail Must interpret and respond to questions regarding SOP's and GMP's.
- Position can be both standing and sitting.
- Great manual dexterity.
MUST HAVE:
- Should have 1+ year of experience in manually Packing boxes/ goods
- Should have minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Should be comfortable with Recycling and Caulk out activities by removing excess caulk from machinery, packaging lines, or containers
- Assist with recycling materials: paper, cardboard and bags
- Should be comfortable in wearing proper PPE at work whenever required
- Should be able to lift heavy weights objects of up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis during a shift
Shifts:
· 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
· 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
· 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Weekly schedule: Sunday - Friday
CH1
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
