Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated parking areas.
- Safely operate manual transmission vehicles, including luxury or specialty cars, ensuring proper handling at all times.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request, delivering excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain clear communication with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly.
- Ensure all vehicles are parked securely and monitor the parking lot for safety and security concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services, including cash handling and retail math calculations when applicable.
- Uphold high standards of guest service by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
