Join CHOICE Healthcare Services and help kids start their smile journey! We’re looking for an outgoing, organized, and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to support our Pediatric and Orthodontic teams.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with families in person and by phone
- Schedule complimentary orthodontic consultations
- Educate parents on orthodontic care
- Follow up with patients and help coordinate appointments
- Support a positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required
