Your Role:

Craft exceptional coffee and espresso drinks with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Dial in and work with a manual espresso machine—precision and an understanding of extraction are key.
- Provide outstanding customer service—big personalities welcome! This role isn’t just about making coffee; it’s about creating connections.
- Deliver restaurant-level hospitality—our café doesn’t live and die behind the bar. You’ll engage with customers, manage the floor, and help maintain the overall guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and operational excellence.
- Handle cashier duties, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.

Customer service experience is a must—whether in coffee, restaurants, retail, or another customer-facing role, you should know how to engage with people and make them feel welcome.
- Experience working with a manual espresso machine and dialing in shots to ensure consistency and quality.

- Previous cashier experience required—you’ll be handling transactions and ensuring smooth service.
- Strong organizational skills—our team processes, bags, and ships hundreds of orders daily for the delivery drivers who keep this city fed.
