Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Manager to lead operations at our newly acquired High-Rise community, Manor House, located in the heart of Downtown Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-visibility asset in a prime urban location and play a key role in its continued growth and success.
Manor House offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes in a dynamic, walkable neighborhood surrounded by dining, entertainment, and major employers.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the property
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth
- Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and expense control
- Ensure exceptional resident experience and retention
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee maintenance operations
- Monitor market trends and implement competitive leasing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of property management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to drive leasing performance and occupancy
- Experience with Yardi, CRM systems, or similar platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and communication

Pay: $53,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
