American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Women & Infant Float Pool position requiring AWHONN Intermediate certification and the ability to float across Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units.

Hospital-based Women & Infant Float Pool position

Float coverage required between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units

Day shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 AM-7:30 PM)

Weekend coverage required

Call requirements apply
-
Active OH or compact RN license required
-
Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate

AWHONN Advanced certification preferred

EFM experience preferred
-
Prior labor & delivery or women's health nursing experience required

Provide nursing care across multiple women's and infants' units as needed based on staffing demands

Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate

Former employees eligible to return after 6 months away from the facility

RTO must be requested and built into the contract prior to starting, limited to 7 days or less

Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing contract to meet compliance deadlines
