Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Schedular/Caregiver Recruiter to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will lead the recruitment and scheduling processes for caregivers, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support from qualified professionals. Duties
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers through various channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and external recruiting efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates via cold calling, research, and talent sourcing strategies to generate a steady pipeline of qualified applicants
- Conduct interviews with prospective caregivers, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to meet client needs efficiently while balancing availability, skills, and preferences
- Utilize talent management software (ATS systems like UltiPro) to track candidate progress, update records, and generate reports for leadership review
- Ensure adherence to HR legal compliance standards related to employment & labor law, employee relations, and employee evaluation processes
- Engage in ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance recruitment techniques, improve candidate sourcing methods, and stay current on industry best practices
- Answer phone calls
- Possible weekend on-call
Experience
- Proven experience in high volume recruitment or full cycle recruiting within human resources or staffing environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates and internal stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management software (ATS), HR systems, and social media marketing (recruitment) platforms
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly through relationship management and candidate sourcing efforts
- Experience in technical recruiting or specialized fields is a plus but not required
- Background in employee orientation, employee relations, training & development, and succession planning is advantageous
