As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our iconic brews. Your focus on precision, consistency, and execution helps elevate the entire guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Execute With Precision: Prepare dishes from our franchise-approved menu to exact specifications, ensuring top-tier quality and presentation every time.
- Operate Efficiently: Assist with prep, inventory, food cost awareness, and maintaining an organized, functional workspace.
- Lead & Collaborate: Work as a team player, support training of kitchen staff, and help maintain a smooth, consistent operation.
- Maintain Consistency: Deliver the same great product on every plate—no exceptions.
- Stay Cool Under Pressure: Work quickly and accurately during high-volume periods and adjust seamlessly when the pace slows.
- Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Care for Equipment & Space: Cleaning and maintenance are non-negotiable. Take pride in the space—this kitchen is our home away from home.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 1 year in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferred
