Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Springs Hybrid — Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $20–$35/hour, depending on experience

Springs Hybrid is looking for a skilled, dependable automotive mechanic who is comfortable handling everything from routine repairs to major engine and drivetrain work.
We care about real hands-on ability. ASE certifications are welcome, but what matters most is whether you can complete repairs correctly, and work independently.
Work may include:
- General automotive repair and maintenance
- Brakes, suspension, steering and cooling systems
- Engine removal and replacement
- Transmission removal and replacement
- Cylinder-head and head-gasket replacement
- Timing chains, timing belts and related repairs
- Internal engine repair
- Complete engine teardown and rebuilding
- Other light and major mechanical repairs
What we're looking for:
- Professional hands-on automotive repair experience
- Ability to complete assigned repairs independently
- Experience with engine and drivetrain repairs
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Attention to quality and workmanship
- Own basic mechanic hand tools preferred
- ASE certification is a plus, not required
Compensation: $20–$35/hour based on demonstrated skill and experience.
Schedule: Part-time or full-time.
