Spurk HVAC is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our growing residential and light commercial service division throughout Western Pennsylvania. This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, boilers, and VRF equipment. Technicians are dispatched directly from home to service calls and are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while identifying solutions that improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
You will perform service repairs, preventative maintenance, system startups, and customer consultations while helping build long-term relationships through trusted recommendations and maintenance agreements.
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems efficiently and accurately. Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system startups. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, upgrades, and service recommendations. Maintain professional appearance and strong customer service standards. Recommend system improvements or maintenance plans when appropriate. Complete service documentation accurately and manage daily schedules effectively.
Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience
Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Experience with split systems, boilers, and VRF preferred
EPA Certification required
ServiceTitan experience preferred
Valid driver's license with insurable driving history
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage service schedules effectively
