Position Details
Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience, performance, and consistency)
Schedule:
- Weekday night hours
- Commercial office cleaning
- Travel between local job sites
- Paid training provided
What You'll Do
- Clean commercial offices and client facilities using Vindy Cleaning's systems and checklists.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards on every assignment.
- Work independently while communicating professionally with management.
- Properly care for company equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Deliver dependable, consistent service that builds long-term client relationships.
As Vindy Cleaning continues to grow, team members may also have opportunities to assist with quality inspections, employee training, client support, and business development between cleaning assignments.
