Long-term care (LTC) unit within a hospital setting

Small unit caring for 10 residents

Responsible for nighttime medication administration, assessments, and charting

Uses Cerner EMR for documentation

Scheduled for 12-hour night shifts (1730–0600)

10-week contract

Current LVN or LPN license (license required if applicable)

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

Cerner EMR experience

Two professional references required for consideration

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Responsibilities include nighttime medication administration, patient assessments, clerical reviews, and 24-hour chart checks

Nurse will respond to call lights and assist aides with resident care, including toileting and turning

Scrubs required; long hair must be pulled back; limited cologne/fragrance and jewelry permitted
