We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Member at Jersey Mike's in Cibolo. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and upholding our high standards of quality and consistency.
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety procedures and regulations
- Assist with stocking and inventory management
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
