What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas such as shipping, receiving, and warehouse spaces.

Respond to incidents, delivery disputes, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, damaged doors or gates, and other security-related concerns.

Support the flow of employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by following post orders, maintaining accurate access logs, and reporting policy violations or operational issues to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
