Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Powder Coater & Blasting Technician to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for surface preparation, coating application, and finishing processes that ensure high-quality products meet strict industry standards. Responsibilities include:
- Perform abrasive blasting to properly prepare surfaces
- Apply industrial paint and powder coating to parts and assemblies
- Operate blasting equipment, paint booths, and powder coat ovens
- Inspect finished products for quality and coverage
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules
Qualifications:
- Experience with blasting, industrial painting, or powder coating preferred
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with a good work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
