Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic PreSchool Teacher to inspire and nurture young children in a dynamic early childhood education environment. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic child development
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children
- Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure a safe and productive setting
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services in accordance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child progress and classroom events
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, health regulations, and safety protocols for childcare facilities
Experience
- Prior teaching experience with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in childhood development instruction, classroom management, and lesson planning
- Hands-on experience working with toddlers, preschoolers, or children requiring special education or early intervention services
- Knowledge of curriculum development techniques including Montessori methods and literacy education strategies
- Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations in childcare environments
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage families in their child's growth journey
- Experience with classroom experience involving standardized testing, tutoring, or teaching physical education is advantageous
