Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Compensation: $50,000-80,000 Base Salary + Commission
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our established and fast-paced staffing agency. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various industries to meet our clients’ workforce needs. We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about helping people find meaningful work while supporting businesses with the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates through phone interviews and virtual or in-person meetings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Post job openings on appropriate platforms and maintain accurate, up-to-date listings
- Manage candidate pipelines to support both active openings and future client hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth scheduling process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to promote a positive recruitment experience
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and fulfill open positions efficiently
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruiting strategies, processes, and workflows
- Promote employee referral programs to encourage high-quality candidate referrals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role (staffing agency experience preferred)
- Familiarity with resume databases, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
