We are seeking an Experienced MSP Technician to join our growing IT services team in Fort Myers, Florida.
The ideal candidate has experience with Kaseya, IT Glue, AutoTask, RocketCyber, EDR, Microsoft 365, and also has experience with hardware issues and custom-building computers.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, responsible for maintaining many different business networks, computers in various industries.
This role involves supporting small and mid-sized business clients with both onsite and remote IT support, infrastructure management, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 remote and onsite technical support
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and server environments
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
- Configure and support networking equipment including firewalls, switches, and wireless systems
- Monitor and maintain client systems using RMM tools
- IT Glue, AutoTask, RocketCyber, EDR, Microsoft 365
- Respond to help desk tickets and escalations in a timely manner
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and remediation
- Deploy and support backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Document systems, procedures, and client environments
- Participate in projects such as migrations, upgrades, and new deployments
Requirements
- 3+ years of MSP experience preferred
- Windows 10/11
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365
- Networking fundamentals
- Remote support tools
- Experience with RMM and PSA platforms,
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
