Duties
- Canvas neighborhoods and generate new leads in residential areas
- Engage homeowners to assess roofing needs and build rapport
- Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives and follow up with leads
- Assist with sales presentations and customer follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking in our CRM
- Represent JP Roofing professionally in the community
Qualifications
- High School Graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation is required
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection
- Interested in business, sales, or entrepreneurship
