NOW HIRING: PROPERTY MANAGER
Iris Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community of 86 units in the Little Rock area.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing day-to-day property operations
- Cultivating a relationship with the tenant base
- Leasing and resident relations
- Rent collections and delinquency management, including eviction management
- Lease enforcement and compliance
- Supervising maintenance staff and vendor relationships
- Monitoring occupancy goals and resident retention
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and affordable housing program requirements
- Coordinating work orders and third-party vendors
- Conducting periodic apartment inspections and lease agreement enforcement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
- Affordable housing experience required (LIHTC, Section 8, PBRA, HOME, or other subsidized housing programs preferred)
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and resident certification processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software (Realpage OneSite preferred)
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Eager to implement and maintain protocol
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
