Duties
- Greet and engage all guests with a welcoming, professional demeanor
- Prepare and serve cocktails and tasting flights
- Actively drive sales of bottles, cocktails, and merchandise
- Provide engaging, educational brand and product information
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Ensure responsible service and monitor guest consumption
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, bartending or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective interaction with a broader customer base
- Experience in sales or retail environments that involve product promotion or demos is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude
- Passion for marketing, event planning, or public speaking will help you excel in this energetic role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for whiskey and storytelling
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
Pay: $13.00 - $35.00 per hour
