Keyholder/Server

Smith’s American Tavern is seeking a responsible, service-driven Server with potential to become a keyholder to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced server who’s ready to take on added responsibility and help lead daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support the team by holding peers accountable and setting a positive tone
- Communicate effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams
Required Qualifications:
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays - SUNDAYS ARE A MUST. Please do not apply if you can not work Sundays.
- Age 21+ recommended due to alcohol service
- Prior serving experience required
- Bar knowledge and basic bartending skills preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
