Description:
Job summary: The Roustabout Pusher is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of a 1–2-person roustabout crew engaged in oilfield construction, maintenance, repair, and site services. This position provides hands-on leadership in the field while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all roustabout activities of your 1–2-man crew of laborers that includes but is not limited to; equipment setup, maintenance, and site cleanup.

Lead and direct a team of roustabouts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Assign tasks to roustabouts, prioritize work orders, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet project requirements.

Conduct regular inspections of work sites and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards for roustabout operations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address project requirements.

Prepare reports, work orders, and documentation related to roustabout activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Provide leadership and guidance to roustabout personnel, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments, including operations, logistics, and maintenance, to optimize resources and support project objectives.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:

3+ years of roustabout work experience.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of roustabouts.

Comprehensive knowledge of roustabout operations, equipment, and procedures in the oil and gas industry.

Proficiency in safety regulations and procedures related to roustabout activities, including equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
