The Job Description:
A Project Lead Painter is a skilled, trained painter who can function autonomously and lead a crew on projects, upholding and enforcing the quality of work, and completing the project work order within budgeted hours with little oversight and check in. A Project Lead will be held responsible according to their competency (technical skill and knowledge level), continue receive on-site training as needed and coaching or support in the most nuanced and technical aspects of interior and exterior painting. A Project Lead is able to train an apprentice or painter on aspect at or below their skill level. Project Lead is responsible for creating a thoughtful, positive experience for clients. Project Lead must be knowledgeable with S.O.P’s, proper equipment usage, safety, and project related company systems/processes. Project Lead is responsible for on-site project management, task delegation, enforcing RRPC code of conduct, daily communication between owner and client. Project Lead will also evaluate painters performances
The type of people we are looking for must look like this:
- Must be a trustworthy, decent human being!

- Must be teachable with a desire to learn more.
- Enjoys working on a team and sharing what they know with others (training is key!).
- Reliable vehicle and comfortable with heights.
- 3+ years professional residential painting experience.

Openings
We provide quality architectural interior and exterior painting services from historic restorative painting to high end interiors for discerning clients around the Pittsburgh metro.
We have full time openings for Lead Painters and Painter Apprentices.
