POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Entry & Follow-Up Specialist role focuses on accurately entering and maintaining client data within our e-basis system, ensuring follow-up communication with clients, and collaborating closely with various departments to provide comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and client-centered care. Assist clients in facilitating access to needed services, provides support and encouragement while assisting clients in the recovery process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform regular follow-up with clients through phone, email, or other communication methods, ensuring all necessary updates and check-ins are conducted in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with all departments, including counseling, case management, and administrative teams, to ensure smooth communication and the integration of client services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
PROVIDE case management related functions such as providing referrals, scheduling appointments, shopping, budgeting, using public transportation, and meeting attendance.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School or GED required, current driver's license and good driving record required and must be in a personal recovery program from a substance use disorder with at least one (1) years of continuous sobriety.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in one-on-one and small group situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems involving a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations.
QUANTITY OF WORK: Ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities with neatness, accuracy and a degree of excellence in a timely manner.
QUALITY OF WORK: Ability to work to the maximum capacity of all required expectations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Maintain acceptable driving record and maintain a valid driver’s license. Clean driving record and all training required by agency. Maintain State certification of Recovery Support Peer Specialist.
