The Team Lead TFM (Total Facilities Management) provides support to the people we serve in community and facility-based employment activities.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the TFM supervisor and/or TFM Coordinator in the daily operations of a facility or location (managing the porters/porter assistants on duty).
- Assign porters/porter assistants job assignments based on their skills.
- Take inventory of supplies and maintain the supply inventory for their assigned facility.
- Train new employees on chemicals, safety, proper cleaning strategies as well as the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure that porters/porter assistants are adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Notify the TFM supervisor and/or TFM coordinator of all complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

We require:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A Qualified NYS Driver's License
- Six (6) months of facility management experience
- Basic understanding of mechanical and equipment maintenance
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language at a level that permits interaction and communication safely with porters, porter’s assistants, and other staff members, as well as keep open lines of communication with supervisors and customers
Physical Demands: Standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching overhead and reaching forward. Must be able to pull, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.
