Premium Compensation Structure
We believe in highly rewarding professional bodywork. Contractors are paid a flat, premium rate per completed service and keep 100% of their tips with prompt, regular payouts:
Standard LMT Tier:
- 60-Minute Session: $55.00 flat payout + 100% of your tips
- 90-Minute Session: $80.00 flat payout + 100% of your tips
- 120-Minute Session: $105 flat payout + 100% of your tips
Certified Ashiatsu Tier:
- 60-Minute Session: $65.00 flat payout + 100% of your tips
- 90-Minute Session: $95.00 flat payout + 100% of your tips
- 120-Minute Session: $125.00 flat payout + 100% of your tips
Note: If you hold a verified Ashiatsu Certification, you automatically unlock the premium tier for every single session you contract with us, regardless of whether the client chooses a standard table massage or utilizes our ceiling bars.
Supply & Equipment Options
- Use of a premium electric lift massage table (saving your body from physical strain)
- Use of a professional towel warmer (to deliver an elevated high-end experience for your clients)
- Contractors are welcome to supply their own tools and products, or they can take advantage of our fully stocked, turnkey room (fresh linens, cremes, and oils) for a flat $5 facility lease fee per session.
Facility Availability & Scheduling
Our studio is a shared professional wellness space. The therapy room is available for contractor booking during dedicated weekly blocks. Within these open facility windows, contractor retains 100% control over their calendar - contractor chooses their own hours, sets their own pacing, and accepts or declines client appointments at their discretion.
Blocks of Availability:
- Mondays - 9:00am-2:30pm & 3:00pm-9:30pm
- Tuesdays - 6:00pm-9:30pm
- Wednesdays - 6:00pm-9:30pm
- Thursdays - 6:00pm-9:30pm
- Fridays - 6:00pm-9:30pm
- Saturdays - 9:00am-2:30pm & 3:00pm-9:30pm
- Sundays - 9:00am-2:30pm & 3:00pm-9:30pm
What the Facility Provides
- The Space: Access to a fully furnished, temperature controlled treatment room with a premium electric lift massage table and towel warmer. As well as use of restroom facilities, and client waiting area.
- Supplies: Option to lease supplies and tools (fresh linens, professional grade massage oils and cremes.)
- Operational & Marketing Support: Inclusion on our website, online ads, digital scheduling platforms, online booking software, to give your practice immediate visibility.
- Free Monthly Massages: One free massage is provided per month.
- Quarterly Practitioner Wellness Days: Access to completely optional, seasonal community self-care days. The facility closes down exclusively for our independent contractors to connect, relax, and recharge with wellness events designed to support career longevity and prevent burnout.
Contractor Requirements
- Active, unencumbered State of Colorado Massage Therapy License.
- Proof of active professional liability insurance (AMTA, ABMP, or equivalent).
- Compliance with all local laws, ethical boundaries, and sanitation regulations.
- Pass a background check.
- Reliable time-management to respect your clients’ schedules and the 30-minute room hand-off buffer.
- Independent Contractors (1099) are responsible for managing and paying their own local, state, and federal self-employment taxes.
- Must operate as an independent business entity. As an independent contractor opportunity, practitioners must operate as a registered corporate entity. To establish a vendor contract with our facility you must possess:
- An active State of Colorado LLC (Limited Liability Company).
- A Federal EIN (Employer Identification Number) from the IRS.
- Active professional liability insurance listed under your business name.
Note for New Contractors: If you do not have an LLC or EIN set up yet, do not worry! If you are the right fit for our space, we are happy to provide step-by-step guidance to help you easily navigate the Colorado state filing and IRS registration process. (Please note: Contractors are responsible for their own standard state filing fees).
