Systems Division
Understand and oversee the coordination of all phases of Systems projects. Responsible for quality and cost control of project
Job Release, coordination of submittal drawings
Coordination with Contractors
Invoicing customers as needed according to payment terms
Management of projects using Expedition Software.
Anticipation and resolution of problems
Preparation of post project profitability reports
Maintain training and education necessary to project management
Examine projects for any potential holes and overlooked items
Paper master and Expedition Entry
Compare with sale spreadsheet for accuracy
Order items at appropriate times for appropriate deliveries of submittal products
Attend meetings- communicate with others
Track /Coordinate shipments and deliveries
Maintain relationships with clients
Track dollars on projects
Generate subcontracts for work to be performed.
Take all needed measures to ensure that the materials ordered will fit and be able to be installed correctly
Point out any problems or conflicts to the customer and request solution
Product dunning letters and dunning calls for delinquent payments
Collect Operation and Maintenance manuals for O&M submittal to customer
Multi-task 8-12 projects at a time
Checking Invoices, we receive from vendors against the PO issued from Barbizon
Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and change orders for the successful completion of the project
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
Ability to get along with others
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of entertainment dimming systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good work habits and organizational skills
Strong technical understanding of current lighting and rigging technology

The salary range for a Project Manager at Barbizon Lighting’s Orlando is currently $65,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending upon experience. Please be aware, extensive industry experience or specific skills that fully match, or exceed what is required, may in fact increase this range. We strongly encourage all to apply.
