Regional Director of Business Development
Skilled Nursing | Eastern Pennsylvania
A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a high-impact Regional Director of Business Development to drive census and lead growth initiatives across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Eastern Pennsylvania.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who knows how to build relationships, open doors, and consistently grow admissions. If you have a strong hospital network and a track record of increasing census, this is an opportunity to step into a regional leadership role with significant earning potential.
Only candidates with skilled nursing/post-acute business development experience will be considered.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive census growth across multiple facilities
- Build and leverage relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
- Lead, coach, and hold Admissions/Marketing teams accountable to performance goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Analyze referral data and adjust strategy to maximize admissions
- Partner with senior leadership on growth and expansion initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven performer in skilled nursing or post-acute business development
- Strong existing referral relationships in Eastern Pennsylvania preferred
- Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding census targets
- Hands-on, competitive, and highly motivated mindset
- Ability to travel regularly between facilities
Compensation:
