Courtesy Technician / Greeter
Position Overview
Oilex Operating LLC operates 35 Grease Monkey quick lube locations across Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Montana. We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Courtesy Technicians / Greeters.
This entry-level automotive position focuses on customer service, vehicle preparation, and supporting the service team in a fast-paced environment. No previous automotive experience is required — we provide paid training and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression
- Drive customer vehicles into and out of service bays
- Vacuum interiors and clean windows
- Check and set tire pressure
- Assist technicians with vehicle preparation and workflow
- Maintain cleanliness of bays, lobby, and property
- Follow company safety procedures and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver license required
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around vehicle noise, automotive fluids, and varying weather conditions.
