Role and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Field Service operation to meet customer Service Level Agreements and business unit Key Performance Indicator’s
- Train, mentor and develop team members
- Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team to deliver client satisfaction
- Track business metrics and work with management to improve operational efficiency
- Engage in new business development activities to grow customer base and expand service offering
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience managing a team in a Service/Operations-related field
- Experience in Water Treatment/HVAC/Trades a plus, but not required
- Proof of a valid driver's license, in good standing
- High energy, reliable, self-starter displaying a consistent work history
- Attention to detail and highly customer-focused
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment with a commitment to responsiveness and customer/co-worker satisfaction
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong desire for long-term employment and industry training & development
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. as needed
