Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency
- Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and buffing to ensure a pristine appearance
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and courteously
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Support overall housekeeping management by adhering to schedules and maintaining detailed cleaning logs
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Ability to perform sanitation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry operations and handling linens with care
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and sanitizing tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
