No experience required—if you can read a tape measure down to the 1/16", show up on time every day, and take pride in building something that looks great and lasts, we’ll train you on the rest. Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and cut vinyl extrusions using saws and simple fixtures
- Prep parts: clean, square, route, punch and drill as needed for perfect fit-up
- Assemble complete vinyl windows (weld corners, install hardware, glaze glass, add screens) to exact quality standards
- Inspect your own work and catch issues early so every window leaves the plant looking sharp
- Keep your station clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
- Work with the team to hit production goals and earn weekly bonuses based on output and first-pass quality
Qualifications
- Work cleanly and safely—keep your station organized and follow all safety protocols
- Able to read a tape measure accurately (test given at interview)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for full shifts, and perform steady repetitive work
- Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail—you care that the finished window looks and functions perfectly
- No experience required—we provide complete training
