Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- Journeyman License required
- Mix of Commercial, Restaurants, and some Residential experience required
- Some Refrigeration Experience (walk-in coolers, restaurant/commercial kitchen equipment) required

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves servicing, maintaining, and installing HVAC and light refrigeration systems for residential, commercial, and restaurant clients
- Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, working on systems such as furnaces, A/C units, rooftop units, and walk-in coolers, and performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs or replacements
- The role also includes working with HVAC electrical components, including controls, wiring, and diagnostics on refrigeration systems in restaurants
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
