Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately.
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future problems.
- Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies for commercial driving.
- Perform plumbing system inspections to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs; document findings clearly.
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems seamlessly into existing structures.
- Follow local building codes and safety regulations diligently during all phases of work; ensure compliance at every step.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites, applying carpentry skills when necessary for structural adjustments or support.
- Maintain a clean work environment; handle heavy lifting safely while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments.
- Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems related to plumbing applications is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism when interacting with clients or property owners.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; commercial driving certification preferred but not required.
- Prior experience using plumbing inspection cameras and performing system maintenance or remodeling projects is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
